The Fitness Center at Wellspring offers an innovative approach to fitness. We've created an environment that supports sustainable fitness, health and wellness, internal strength, personal endurance, individual flexibility, and life balance. Staff are available should you desire general assistance or private, personalized attention via our Integrative Personal Training program, Private Pilates sessions or Private Nutrition Counseling.
We also offer a variety of fitness classes in a setting designed to support your personal goals. Our Mind/Body Studio Classes include NIA, Yoga, Pilates, QiGong, Tai Chi, Group Training & more. Group classes are offered with a variety of ability levels in mind. We encourage everyone to work mindfully and at a pace that feels right at all times.
