"Like everyone else, my life is a juggling act. Family, work, volunteering. I know I'm not the only one because I hear it every day from my patients. We're working moms and busy individuals and the next thing you know, we're in our 40s or 50s and have been taking care of other people our whole lives.

Now it's our turn. Our turn to take our own advice and do all the things we know we're supposed to do. You know, eat right, drink water, exercise. We've been giving good advice all along - we just haven't been listening to ourselves. Give yourself permission."
